  • vinyl bathroom floor

Foundations:

MyPod can be put on piles, on a concrete slab or straight on the ground on treated skids. Pile layout plans can be supplied.

 
 
 

Freight & Delivery

MyPod can be freighted to most places but this requires a truck with a hiab and the cost will depend on the location, distance to delivery and what the access on-site requires.

Council & Legal

MyPod does not require a building permit, but it is recommended that you check with the local authority as to the rules in your area.
